Bilaspur is a plain and hilly district of Himachal Pradesh state, India and It is famous for the manual made Govind Sagar Lake on the Sutlej Riverand famous Bhakra and Nangal Dam project. The road bridge on this lake at Kandraur place is highest of its kind in Asia. Its headquarters are in the town of Bilaspur.
